A ski day with Surf Yoga Beer
Just got back from a great day with Surf Yoga Beer (SYB) at Hunter Mountain, New York. Have you heard of this company? Well you if you haven’t yet, let me introduce you because I love their mission and their passion for fitness and creating communities.
SYB is based in New York City and organizes fitness adventures around the world, but they also do local events here in New York.
That’s what we did today, we had a group of like-minded people that got together, braved the freezing weather, and spent a day having fun while being active at the same time. I find their passion to put on these events inspiring and awesome, they just want to form a bigger community and create an environment where everyone has a great time.

This morning we left New York City around 7:30 AM and arrived at the mountain for a fun day of skiing. I met some amazing people and it was fun to be out of the city for a bit despite the frigid temperatures on the slopes. Can’t wait for more adventures in 2018 with SYB.
