Always Remember.

As we look back on this day, 18 years later. We remember our fellow humans that lost their lives on this tragic day, September 11, 2001.

I remember that day vividly. I remember the moment my English teacher, Mr. Snyder, came into our classroom and said the words “Something has happened that will change the course of our lives forever.”

And he was right, it fundamentally altered human history. It was a tragic day. We could feel the pain in our hearts for the people that lost their lives, for the first responders that gave their lives to save others, and for humanity as a whole.

It was such a dark time, but out of the darkness, comes the light. I know that many of the problems we have today actually come from this one event, this one moment in history that altered humanity and create so much fear in ourselves and society.

But I now see us dealing with all of that fear, and rising above it, and coming together as ONE. We are learning how to control our emotions, we are learning how powerful we are, and we are learning not to have fear get the best of us.

As Kyle Cease said over the weekend at Summit of Greatness, we have to fall in love with our fear.

“If you fall in love with the thing that expands you, the fear will leave. If you fall in love with the ‘yeah but’, the opportunity will leave” — Kyle Cease

And I believe that is where we now are, we are banding together as one, lifting each other up to live our best lives, and helping people overcome those fears that were created within us 18 years ago today.

I would like to honor and remember everyone that lost someone that day, and I would like us all to take that darkness, and turn it into light. Turn it into the energy we need to make this world a better place, so we can spread #love to the whole planet.

“Keep making ripples everyone, because they are quickly turning into waves” — Patrick Farrell
