Building your Dream Life
Start small, create focus, build one step at a time
What does your dream life look like? Have you ever really thought about how you want to live and how you can create a life you truly love?
What if I told you that you can create it? And what if I told you that it’s easier than you think. I’m not going to tell you it’s going to be easy, it’s going to take work. But complexity is the enemy of execution. A dream life is not that hard to build if you have the right tools and the right community to support you. If you take consistent, small, daily steps; you can build your dream life in less than 3 years. I know from experience :)
Whatever you work on in your life is going to affect everything else. The process can be tough, but the journey to get there is extremely fun and fulfilling. Someone once told me I could spent $100k on an MBA, or I could travel around the world for a year for a fraction of the price, and get the same experience. After 3 years of putting that principle into practice, I agree with it wholeheartedly.
That doesn’t mean I don’t value education, but travel is one form of education! Each and every day I focus on learning something new, and how I can apply those new principles to my life. And in this new age of the internet and having the worlds encyclopedia at our fingertips, it’s never been easier.
The problem is no longer gaining access to information, it’s finding the right information and putting it into practice. And having a community behind you that will keep you accountable for taking action towards creating your dream life.
As Tony Robin’s taught us, “Where your focus goes, energy flows.” Humans can do anything, and it’s totally possible to live the life of your dreams. But you need the right tools and focus your energy in the right place.
That’s why I have been working the last 6 months to build a community of amazing humans that support each other, that thrive on learning new things, and that are hungry to create their dream life and share that energy with others.
